with no offense intendeed but it the unit is working through the master then the unit is fine and you may need to seek advice from Dennon.

RMX Send and Return
I have the RMX 1000 With the DNX1600 mixer, that has a send and return.
But there is nothing happening when i try to use them together. it works only if i go through master output of the DNX.
I tried everything
