Hi guys,
My RMX 1000 keeps freezing after I turn it on, all sound just shuts off and none of the effects work! Has anyone one else had this issue if so please help!

No. Is it running 2.1.1 version for firmware? Also have you tried a different outlet in case the present one has a power problem? Also have you tried different 1/4 cables. If none of this helps, contact Tech Support for what you should do next.
As Jay says, try updating the firmware, even if you are running the newest version. If the problem persists, please contact Pioneer technical support via the links at the right.
