Folgen1.5 hang on exit
I notice a lot lately with the 1.5 release that if I open RB, play a round for a while with the searching and such and then try and close RB, It won't close, Just goes to "Application not responding" and I have to force close. Maybe some crash logs will help if needed, Lemme know and I will upload
OSX 10.6.7.

Any Windows users having this problem?
just to note, this still happens, Many times when I close RB it hangs and goes to "Not responding" and I have to force quit, still stinks because I am so afraid of it corrupting something when I force quit the app, Any progress on this Pulse, i hope the engineers don't think this was fixed in 1.5.1
Re-ticketed.
@Pulse: "Any Windows users having this problem?"
No. You can abruptly end the program by clicking X while in the middle of playing a track and still closes and opens properly.
cool, thanks Pulse
It closes properly 2 out of 3 times. I have crash logs if they need
@BriChi > I've had it "Not Responding" a couple times as well on 10.6.8. I left it up for over 6 hours and it didn't close on its own. When I finally forced it and re-opened it, all of my work was still saved that I completed before trying to close. I had a lot of new Cues and changes so I didn't want to force it just in case it would go on it's own eventually.
I also noticed I was using almost all of my computers Ram (4GB) as I close every other app and my Ram was still almost at capacity. I think it might have something to do with running up my Ram usage and froze something when I tried to close.
I'm just wondering how much "playing around" you did in Rekordbox and was wondering if perhaps your Ram was almost at capacity as well?
Thanks,
Foster
some messing around, last night for instance I added a new playlist and about 19 tracks to it, sorted some music and hit close, Just hung there and had to force quit. If I just open it up, link to decks and play, it closes fine
@BriChi > Did it still save the new playlist, tracks, and changes you made after you re-opened it?
Thanks,
Foster
Yes, I'm just afraid one time its not and I wasted a whole session of updating and organizing because I never know if RB will close properly and possibly corrupt the DB
@BriChi > are you running any other apps in the background at the same time you are using Rekordbox (that you are aware of)?
nothing out of the ordinary, last night I couldn't get it to close properly, the only other things I had open were Safari and the mac mail app
