[OPEN] Hi, having problems with 3.01. Freezing on both MACS?

Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Why are the forums like this now?  support here sucks., there's never anything answered..   Been here since i got the cdj-2000's and still have them.  is this not for support anymore?

Seriously 3.0 isn't right for me, what is it?
