T1 edition of Traktor 2

All DDJ-T1 users who have software version earlier than v2.0 will be given a free upgrade to Traktor Pioneer DDJ-T1 edition v2.0. Traktor Pioneer DDJ-T1 edition v2.0 availability date and upgrade instructions will be posted on this website when available.

Everyone got a email with the email you registered the DDJ with about the TP2 Pioneer version but I entered the security key verbatim and says not working and this is a email sent from NI....

I was wondering whats the deal with the Traktor Pro 1 Full edition that was supposed to be released.

ok i have not recived an e mail as yet from traktor with the new key i even have a ticket from a native instruments from a previous question stating that  pioneer edition 2 will be free on july 1st has anyone else not recived this email yet

I got an email this morning about it as well.

I have been playing email tag with NI all day about my upgrade saying its valid and posted to my account but when I go into service center I paste the key and it says invalid. You guys dropped the ball on this one if I didnt already spend 2 grand on everything I would get rid of this piece of <SNIP> and get the S4. You produce the club standard of equipment but your support and customer service not to mention promises made fall through every time #losing

This upgrade seems to be for those that bought traktor pro 2.  I havent seen anything anywhere to support the fact that this is the pioneer edition t1 upgrade to traktor pro 2.   If you search the N.I. forums no one speaks of this for the ddj-t1.  Just seems as if it is another fix patch........

I have e mailed native instruments this last night regarding this and said I have no link in my service centre or my e mail to upgrade to trakor pioneer traktor edition 2 so hopfully i will get a reply soon and inform you all of the outcome

Ok, I've received my email with the serial.

Everything working but my 8 memorised cuepoints. They appear in the visualizer but the buttons don't seem programmed (no orange lith) and when clicked the track goes forward or backward(?) Is there a better mapping to do or something else?

Did you get an e mail mate or was it an update through the service centre not recieved anything yet

still no activiation code or e mail or reply from native instruments come on pioneer sought it out

For those who have already purchased, installed and registered their Traktor T1 (version 1) software, you will have received the email with your update info (see attachment at the bottom of this post for a copy).

As noted in that email, you must download the demo version from their website and then use the key provided in the email to activate the T1 edition via the service centre.  If your serial does not work, please contact Native Instruments as that is managed through their software, not Pioneer.

For those who JUST purchased a DDJ-T1 and it does NOT have a copy of Traktor2 T1 Edition in the box, you are directed to install and activate the software and you should receive an email with your upgrade information from Native Instruments shortly.

registered my product on the in april this year checked my native intruments and its registered but still no e mail from native instruments funny july the 1st this

Download the demo version of tp 2. Then go to your service center and try from there. You have to have tp2 on you computer demo or full version.

is anyone else in the same situation as me and not  recieved a email as yet. i have a demo version of traktor installed and my product is registered but nothing

I did not recieve an email. But wad able to get the upgrade from my service center.

ok got my reply from native instruments today and have my code they have a problem with there auto e mailer so i have inputed my code into my demo version of traktor 2 and it worked but i dont have any sample cant find a setting to activate a sample deck no pitches or beat grid option anyone any ideas cheers matt

maybe you need the DDJ-T1 Midi Mapping File for Traktor Pro2 (Ver 1.00)

cheers sorted it anyway just had to double click on the decks and all the info is there now. also found out to my dissapointment that the pioneer version does not include the sample decks but all is good now

Sorry to bring this old post, two days ago I bought the DDJ-T1 and it has the T1 Edition, what should I do to upgrade to version 2 ?

I have read that some received an email and others contact NI.

register your t1 version and you'll receive free upgrade to t2 (Pioneer Edition, of course)
