DDJ ERGO- Broken?

Hi, I purchased an Ergo, roughly about a month or so ago. It was working perfectly for the time since I purchased it until about two weeks ago. The product doesn't turn on, no lights, doesn't show that its connected (through my Mac on Mountain Lion, also tried Windows 7 and nothing). I tried downloading the software update, but it asked to connect my Ergo and turn it on while it was already connected and turned on!

Hi Eric. Try uploading the latest firmware to the Ergo.

Hey Rex, I cant update because when I launch the Update Program, it says your DDJ-Ergo is not connected, when it is and it is on :(...

This happened to me before. When I turn on the Ergo, only the "IN" button of the Auto Loop lights up and a weird version number of the firmaware is shown instead of v1.1. I just restarted my laptop then reinstalled or should I say upload the firmware while the Ergo is turned on and connected and it goes back to normal.

When you've nothing else but the USB cable connected, does it power up?

If your answer to either of these questions is no, then please return the unit to where you bought it for repair.
