DDJ Ergo-V: Installation Issues

Hi there,

I purchased an Ergo-V controller yesterday, and still have had no luck in installing it.

No problems in installing VDJ LE and the driver, plus firmware update however the controller does not respond in VDJ. The jogwheels are lit, and the Deck A and B buttons are lit. Settings are as per quick start guide.

Next I tried Serato DJ Intro and a message appears everytime, "hardware disconnected"
