[OPEN] Ddj-T1 Can´t switch from deck (B) to deck (D) and pitch fader doesn´t work.

Hello, i have 1 week with my controller, the controller was working perfectly for a week,

then the last time i turn it on, i cannot use the right side of it, im able to load a track and

play it with my controller , but when im trying to use the pitch fader, doesn´t work.

also cant switch from deck (B) to (D) , when i push the button to switch to (D), The button

(B) still lightning, im not the one that mix with 4 decks always, but its annoying mixing with deck (A) and (C)

all the time, you need to be very focus in switching decks and also loading the track couse you can load a track

in a wrong deck and boom music stops, sorry but I'm very disappointed, i think everybody picks pioneer because seems

to have the best quality in the market, well maybe i have a software problem, but i don't think so because i can have

my controller on without my computer and the deck (A) and (C) switches perfectly, hope pioneer people can help me
