No sound with traktor DDJ ERGO

Hi I have one problem with my traktor ddj ergo and the problem is that in traktor configure everything right and I have no sound through headphones or over loudspeakers, and virtual dj sound its ok if I have the traktor everything perfect and it does not work, someone can help me? I leave as I have pictures of traktor settings, and also that formatted my pc and the problem remains the same

Okay , i fixed it .
I put my speaker cable right in my laptop .
Now i put an audio split cable from the ergo
Back Side to my speakerset and it works

not quite understand how fixed it, I have rca speakers by going to the ergo, and then the ergo usb with the pc, I have to do to fix it thanks.

por favor alguien puede ayudarme llevo desde enero con este problema y no consigo arreglarlo,e formateado el pc y sigue igual,en traktor no me saca sonido ni por cascos ni por auricurales,y en virtual dj si tengo sonido,alguien puede ayudarme??
