Ergo Audio Out question

SO im sure this question has been asked before and im going to be embarrassed if i get a link sent to me with the solution but browsing through the forum i can't find the answer. so I have my Ergo all set up but i want the Audio to come out of my laptop speakers and i want to be able to plug in my headphones to the ergo and cue up my next song but for some reason its only letting me do one of the other, its either the sound comes from the speakers or it comes from the headphones but not both, please help. Thank you
