[SOLVED] DDJ Ergo pulse control not functioning properly

I have recently brought a ddj ergo but the red pulse control doesn't spin round the jog wheels whilst the music is playing, however when i add an effect onto that track the red light spins round. Is there a solution to this problem?

I also just recently purchased the the DDJ-Ergo-K Limited controller and I am having the same issue, I am running Serato DJ - and My lights never move unless I add effects. I would like to see it spinning with the platter - in addition, I have no lights showing on the channel sliders (for beat matching - visual) - I would also appreciate any help. I have read the manual and watched as many videos online as I can find - but not finding any help on this issue.

Pulse Mode only works with the VDJ that the controller comes with, if I can find a work around I'll put it here..
