what can i do to fix this?
grounding the unit on the grounding screw does´t help.
Anyone else having an issue with the platters? The platter on the right side sometimes will not react to my touch. When the track is playing and I touch the platter it continues to play. Can't scratch or stop the track. The platter acts like I have the sensitivity set all the way to minimum. I have it set to vinyl mode and the sensitivity is set at 12 o'clock. Both platters are set at the same sensitivity. The left works fine. This will happen intermittently but is worse when I first use the unit.

I never resolved the issue. The problem became worse to the point where I couldn't use it. I wound up returning it for a new one.
@Michael > And did the new unit resolve your issue?
Yes. I'm happy that I replaced it. The new unit works fine. I sometimes have a glitch but I believe it is the software not the ddj sx.
Hey Guys, Im Having The Same Issue, I Bought my SX when i was on a trip in england and i live in israel, and pioneer israel wont fix my controller or replace it and wont recpect pioneer warrenty.
Is there any way to solve this issue and fix this problem? happend to me on 3gigs allready and happends agian almost every time i play at home.

@Kfir > They are respecting the Pioneer warranty. The warranty is valid in the region of purchase.
Have you tried grounding the unit / yourself as you use the platter? Have you adjusted the platter settings to be more responsive?
Hey @Gavin >
Ive sent the sensetivity for max = Doesnt Help.
I Tried to connect the grounding of the back to the Metal Table = Doesnt Help.

Since i Bought the SX in London England, And I Live In Israel - Pioneer Israel Does not Respect The Pioneer Warrenty and therefor i cant fix the unit (except fly back to london with it)
@Kfir > You can send the unit to Pioneer Israel but you will be liable for any cost of repair.
