[CLOSED] Load Prepare didn't work (Serato DJ)

Friends, I need quick help. I press Load Prepare in my DDJ SX, in Serato icon "Prepare" lights up for a while, but the song is not loaded into the queue. I've tried rebooting, reinstalling, the new firmware. Load Prepare work with SHIFT, doesn't work independently. After installing a new firmware (1.07), icon doesn't flash when I press Load Prepare.
