Problem with my DDJ-SX

One of the FX button flashes every time I turn the tables on with or without the USB connected.

How can I fix this problem, I have not heard from Pioneer or Serato in 2 weeks.

I should had worded that a little better.. the entire table does not work and only the FX light flashes.

I was changing the lights onthe scratch pad to a different pattern.. and soon as I did that and restarted my table it stopped working. I asked the Serato forums and they told me to talk to Pioneer. I have been trying to get a hold of both companies for 2 weeks now and I have gotten zero replies and every time I have tried to call no one has ever answered.
