So I just got my DDJSX2 and already I am encountering a problem...
I am trying to adjust the sensitivity of the pitch bend by holding shift and pressing deck 1/3 or 2/4 and I get the adjustment indicator, but the sensitivity is exactly the same regardless of what setting it's at! What the heck is going on!?!?!?!?
Is there any way to make the pitch bend more responsive? Compared to my DDJSX the pitch bend on the SX2 is really stiff and unresponsive.

Can anyone chime in? I tested my old DDJ-SX back to back with this SX2, and the SX2 jogwheel is much heavier/stiffer. I came across one other person saying the same thing, but I need to know if this is a defect before trying to return the sx2 for a replacement. If this is how all the SX2s are, I will just get a refund and keep my SX.

The jog platter is made stiffer on SX2 than SX because we received many users’ feedback saying that stiffer platter is better when scratching, which might make you feel that pitch bend is unresponsive compared with SX. The stiffness of the platter is not adjustable on either SX or SX2. Only jog touch sensitivity, which is different from the stiffness of the platter, can be adjusted by pressing Shift and Deck 1/3 or 2/4 buttons. However, if you think the jog is extremely stiff, we would suggest you to go to a shop nearby to compare the stiffness of the SX2 platters at the shop.
