Serato stop working while i'm playing - [DDJ-SR]

Hi, I have a problem with the controller Pioneer DDJ-SR, which I use with a dedicated program Serato DJ. Well, the controller has 3 or 4 times could jam in the whole, worked only master level and nothing else until restart. Whose side is the problem of what to do it? Please help!
