Switch the input selector on the front of the unit to PC.

problem with ddj-sx only has thru mode, grey wave form, no sound!
I am having a problem with my DDJ-sx
It was recently repaired with a brand new MAIN BOARD!
I just went to try it and it is only giving me "thru mode", grey wave forms, and no sound.
the channel's are set to PC and i looked at the sound card options on my mac…please help!!

Pulse, as I mentioned in my original post the selectors are set to pc. All the settings are as they should be on the controller and on my Mac book
I tried to upload the firmware. But it wouldn't let me install. It kept saying the Ddjsx wasn't connected even though It was showing up on my Mac in the system control under sounds.
I think the repair shop didn't properly repair the unit.
I am mad because when I picked up the unit I specifically asked if the tested it and they said yes.
Obviously they didn't.

If the device is not being properly recognized by the PC, then no, it was not properly repaired. I would take it back and ask for them to do it properly!
