CDJ 850 jog wheel rattles

Hi,

I just received my new 850's which I am excited about. One question. I expected the jog wheel to be very solid. However, there is slight movement between the side wall and the top plate which causes a rattle. Is this normal? It happens with both my decks. Also you can hear the bearings moving when you move the wheel. If that is standard, fine. Just expected them to be silent (I have never owned CDJs only ever used them in clubs when music has been playing loud).
