CDJ-2000 Jog wheel line bug

Hi Everyone, New to this forums and just brought me two Pioneer cdj 2000. But I notice that one of the pioneer cdj 2000 I have, has a issue with the LCD jog wheel. which is a line going down the middle, it disappear when the jog wheel hits 12 o clock. but then reappear after that.

Not sure if their a way to fix it.

I still have warranty, but just wanted to see if the forums can help me.

definitely bring it in, not normal and no way you can fix if a simple reboot does not cure it

Thanks BriChi, I will contact Pioneer asap. I hope it does not take long to exchange it or get it fix.

If you're under warranty, get it in ASAP.

if its in warranty, they should definitely replace it n my opinion, its a bad display. Worse case scenario, the parts about $120 to replace yourself

There is a threshold with anything, just like the minimum number of dead pixels allowable in a monitor. Best bet is to contact technical support.
