CDJ850 Unresponsive Jog Wheel Display

Hi Guys,

I'm new to Pioneer CDJ's and am perplexed at a recent turn of events in my units.  I bought these brand new 5 months ago and only played with them a few times as I'm way more comfortable right now with another setup until I figure these out.  They have been in Road Ready cases since Day 1, never dropped or had any spills on it.  2 days ago I hooked everything up through my Rane SL3 box and started playing.  Everything seemed fine then, but with no external forces hindering the performance since, my jog wheel display is either not moving to show the indicator or it's very choppy.  Meaning, the indicator is not smoothly going in a circle, more like a few steps are missing and it's randomly cuts out.  Also, when loading a song, the name of that song will get stuck on the screen even though a new one is currently playing.  On 1 of the units, when I click the Vinyl Mode button, it doesn't go off to indicate the mode it's in.  Everything is acting very strange and I'm not sure why.  Keeping everything beatmatched seems to be quite a challenge with these as well, so if anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
