Hot Cues

I don't use rekordbox to play. But it is, of course, where I organize and sort out my tracks.

Question:

If i set up hot cues to a track while spinning (using a external hd) I can see them while plugging the hd on my pc and loading the track from there. I can even make a hot cue bank but only while loading from the external device. I didn't find a way how to bring those hot cues to my permanent database (inside pcs hard disk). Dragging the hot cue bank from external device to the local one on pc's hd also doesnt work. Is rekordbox a one way road??? I can save everything on my pc and then load to a external device but never the way back??? If its really how it works I really dont see the point on that... since I can't transfer what I made on my cdjs to my permanent database in my pc... Freaking weird...

@Anhanguera > It works both ways - you can set hot cues in rekordbox and export them or you can set them on your CDJ and import them.

To import the cues set on the CDJ, insert your USB into your computer, open up rekordbox, click on the device pane and then click on the track which has the cues set that you want to import. Then right click (PC) or Control+Click (Mac) and select 'Update Collection'.
