no track map or bpm on new tracks.

I have a pair of cdj 2000's  and iv recently downloaded a load of new music, it put it all on to cd and went to have a mix... i put a cd in the player and nothing happened no track map no bpm nothing it was only when i pressed play that the track began to analyse and it only analysed what had been played, the bpm doesnt show up until the track is about half way through. So i got an old cd out of my wallet to see if it was the cd or the player and that was fine no issue, but i havnt done anything differently. I read in someone elses article on here that it was suggested running the tracks through rekordbox first but i have never done that. If thats whats needed how do i export the analysed track to burn? thanks

Why Are You Using C.d? If you have cdj 2000's you should put music thru Rekordbox Then export to USB.

All waveform bpm etc will be there instantly.

i have so many tracks that putting them on a usb an having t look through them all to find the track i want is a pain so havin a cd wallet that i know my way round is easier for me im goin to put them all on an sd card now so i can use tracks that the cds dont work for now but not an ideal solution.

@Chris > it sounds like you are running compressed music formats on your CDs. Rekordbox does not interact with music you burn to CDs. You will need to burn your CDs as CD-As (or CD-Audio). This is an uncompressed format so the player won't have to decode the data and should load the waveform and BPM data much quicker.

It may seem like a long and tedious process but transferring your music to USB will probably be the best route.

Yeah but when you download, why put on disc when you can transfer in to rekordbox then on to usb,its 10x easier
