pls, can I use quantize function without using recordbox? Only 2 CDJ 900 plrs & DJM 900, linked of course, but without link to the compouter.

If the files have been analyzed In RB and exported to a USB device then pluged in to one of the linked cdj900. If you want quantized effects your mixer will have to be linked with the cdj's through a switch.
Make sure qanitize is turned on on the cdj's and the mixer.

I tried to export playlist information to the folder of songs on USB flash memory. I doesn't work. In the "File" menu of rekordbox isn't any option to "Export song" or "save as" or something like that.
