LOL - I love when support sends people to me for help! ;)
Have you got your airport and firewalls disabled?
I just got off the phone with tech support and told me to check with Pulse as he would have all the answers.
Setup:
1x DJM-2000 - running firmware v2.01
2x CDJ-2000- Running firmware v4.10
1x MacBook Air - Running Lion
1x @TB GSAFE eternal hdd connected via usb
Everything is connected via ethernet cable from the mixer
I have roughly 33000 files
Troubleshooting.
1) USB directly into CDJ plays fine across both decks
2) I can play tracks via Link Mon on the mixer from rekordbox
3) I see rekordbox on the decks and drop songs to them, or select songs direct from the decks, but they error our after roughly 10 -15 seconds.
4) I have tried moving my database of music to another folder and then using the relocate tool, but it would not let me select all my music even when I tried pulse's idea with "search for missing files" and then using the pop up menu.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I have both disabled.
Is this something with the database?
What is a quick way to assess?
What is the easiest way to do the relocate missing files?
I really need to get this figured out as I have a gig this weekend that I need to start prepping for.
I'm going to send you an email to try and get a bit more info.
I am having a similar problem, I have cdj2000's and djm2000. I can play for about 40 minutes absolutely fine, no issues but then all of a sudden one deck or the other comes up with E-8302 player error (c611) is this a problem with rekordbox or my firmware on the deck itself?
I am having the same issue I have two CDJ 2000's running the 4.10 firmware and a DJM 800 so I think it is the usb thumb drive because that is the one thing we all have the same and the 2000's running 4.10
@Chris and @Keith > What USB sticks are you using? Have you identified these issues happening with any tracks in particular?
I am trying to link my CDJ2000's and DJM900 to rekordbox on my PC and I am getting this error too :(
@Rhys Thomas > Please post to a new thread with the information contained in this thread (read it first to see if anything there solves your problem).
ok thanks, will do :)
Before I do that, It couldn't be that my files are on an eternal hard drive that is formatted to NTFS could it?
Scrap that, I'm not sure what I've done but it seems to be working.... fingers crossed, update you if anything changes! thanks guys! :)
so this is what i have found your usb drive when it is updated gets a couple of hidden folders made by record box if the files do not match up to the contents of the usb drive the cdj wont read the file and you get the error so ether go in and show hidden files and delete them before updating your usb from record box or just format wipe your usb
it seems to work so far

@Rhys > Thanks for letting us know.
Your external harddrive won't work if you connect direct to the CDJ as the CDJ cannot read from an NTFS formatted partition.
