I was using Dynamic, change it to normal and it work.

I`m still having issues with the SYNC feature, its not that accurate. I might be doing something worng.

All my track are Analyzed with Rekordbox and (Normal) mode

Did you re-analyse the tracks are just Normal analysis?

First I change the settings to normal, then I re analyze them all.

why?

Because they've all been analysed using Dynamic mode already...

You might consider re-analysing in batches rather than all in one go.

ok. but the way I did it is correct?

1st change it to normal then analyze? would this make the SYNC Feature moe accurate?

Another question... when re-analyzing the tracks the beat grid (the first red line in the wave) would move or stay? i did this and some of my tracks were showing the wrong down beat it that red line. in other words I had to manually fix some of the tracks?

Yes, that is correct.

It may move, in which case, like you've done already, you would have to manually edit the points. Software (not just rekordbox) can sometimes have issues analysing music.

So what is the point of having the option to analyse in dynamic if the end result is no damn good?? (after having JUST analysed ALL my tunes in dynamic)................

Dynamic is only for tracks without a constant bpm, like live drummers etc. it's in the rekordbox manual which you of course read before checking a box you had no idea what it did and analysed your whole collection... :-)

Yes i did read the manual - but nowhere does it say that if you use this method then it screws up syncing - Mr Cocky....

Maybe get the engineers to introduce a pop up box when someone clicks on dynamic. It could say 'this mode is only intended for tracks with a fluctuating BPM and may cause inaccurate readings in tracks with a constant BPM. Do you want to continue?'
This would instantly solve a very common mistake people make.

The engineers might be afraid the other mods and I would have nothing to do then ;)

Perhaps they should just add 'RTFM' by the tick box.

I expect this sort of piss taking on certain websites but not on a supposedly professional forum  - especially from Pioneer moderators themselves.

Having previously spent £4,500 on a pair of CDJ's and a DJM2000 and now a further £3,000 on a pair of 2000nexus i see why many others on the forum are so pissed with Pioneer.

I resorted to the "dynamic" method since I was attempting to analyse a lot of eighties house - not produced in a live environment and which does definitely NOT stay on beat from start to finish. I suspsect Mr "Know it All Phil" is too young to understand what i am talking about here and possibly never yet left his bedroom.

So thank you both for your comments - Gavin, try and be a bit more professional in future and Phil, go .

And it does NOT say in the manual that it screws up syncing.........

Clearly you've discovered analysing in dynamic mode doesn't work well when syncing for you - that's not going to be explicitly in the manual.

And for someone that feels they can question the professionalism of someone else, you certainly let yourself down in your last post - personal attacks will not be tolerated.
