I wonder if RB is really causing these freezes, Ever since I updated to 2.0.1 because I was forced to due to the new Nexus decks, My 2000 nesus' freeze minimum 2 times a party, totally unacceptable

FolgenCDJ COMPLETE STOP ON TRACK
Hi Guys,
Ok Im not happy! I invested into 2 x Pioneer CDJ 2000's earlier this year. I was at a live gig and I was playing a track from RekordBox and the track just froze! Complete STOP! Dance floor was full!
I call my roadshow professional, however when something like this occurs it really makes me look stupid! These CDJS cost some serious money as you all know! I find this ridiculous!
I have had little problems here and there with RekordBox but nothing as major as this!
My setup is 2 x Pioneer Cdj 2000's connected via a 10/100 Netgear Switch connected to a Macbook Pro 2011. Latest Rekordbox software and MacBook is up to date. Cdjs are on v4.11. I sort all my music collection through ITUNES however I do not use the bridge feature as I just copy all the music/playlists over. All tracks analysed fine!
I have played the particular MP3 several times through Rekordbox without any issues!
When the Track stopped it started again for a second then stopped again! The Cdj became un responsive! Tried everything! Eject, play/pause button etc, no joy! Eventually an error code appeared! However as I was at a gig I did not have time to Jot this down! Oh and another mp3 which I have played before skipped, on the same CDJ!
Responses welcome! Restore my faith in this piece of equipment/software!

@BriChi > Software could be an issue here but I find this unbelievable! If RekordBox is going to be like this then maybe I should move over to a more stable platform like serato and I would probably recomend all my collegues to do the same, as I have really pushed RekordBox/Pioneer products saying how great they are.
@BriChi > Might as well give these CDJS a clean....best thing to use?
i refuse to use the Nexus decks with serato, that would be the most waist of money I have ever spent in my life to buy these decks, MEANT TO PLAY FROM THEIR OWN SOFTWARE, and it can't even do that properly
Wow, no responses from any Pioneer Technician! Seems like quite a few people having similar problems from a few other threads I'm reading......
@BriChi > I totally agree with you. I wouldn't want to use serato either, especially having invested in these CDJS however if like me your playing to audiences every weekend and issues like this occur its a NO NO for me I'm afraid.....actually regardless of weather your playing to audiences this shouldn't happen full stop! You know what mean......
@Resh > We're experiencing a lot of heavy traffic in the past couple of days. Each and every query or question is important to us so I apologise for the delay.
Would you happen to remember which audio files caused the problem? If so, would you be able to upload them to my DropBox if I sent you the details?
@Gavin > Yes I do remember, send me your details and I can get these sent over to you asap.
Excellent, I'm going to email you at the address you use on these forums.
Ok thanks
