Cdj 2000 Vinyl Problem

I have a problem with a cdj 2000 player.

Scratch feature does not work in play t or cue mode.

It works fine in the pause mode. When i've activate the vinyl mode and try to scratch, it works just as pitch bend as in regular cdj mode.

Have tried to update the firmware without success. What is wrong ?

@Olle > Are you sure you have the CDJ set to Vinyl mode and are using the top of the jog to scratch?

My first thought was that the plate was broken, but booth the "side-jog" and the top of the jog works in pitchbend-mode. and as i said, the scratch feature works in Paus-mode.

Sry, bad video quality..

The Vinyl-Mode is on all the time, but the scratch feature works only when the player is in paus-mode.

In the end of the video I used the other player, which works perfect.
