Hot Cue on CDJ 2000 NXS

Hello everybody

Well I'm having the following problem with my CDJ 2000 NXS V. 1.06:

When I'm loading Hot Cues from a Hot Cue Bank or from a Track, I'm fine by using them for about ~10 Minutes or 3-4 tracks during my set. After playing some tracks on the CDJ the CDJ disables by himself the Hot Cues loaded from before and the lights from the Hot Cue Buttons turn off. The tracks haven’t got any hot cues on the inside, there’re only Cue Points set by RB.

Am I making something wrong or is this a known issues?

Most likely a bug, if you have hot cue checked in the column to auto load on all your tracks but you dont have a hot cue set, the player still may be clearing your bank for the newly loaded track. Have you tried unchecking the auto hot load of tracks that do not have hot cues set on A B or C just to test what happens when you load them even when A B C have a bank from other tracks? I use auto load of hot starts all the time and they work as expected, when a track is loaded, it erases the previous hot starts whether the new track has some or not. I dont mess with the hot cue bank though so I am not 100% on that end

I can't follow you with that.. What do you mean with "have hot cue checked"? The only thing I've activated is AutoCue, but I don't think that that's the problem. I tried the same USB Device on a CDJ 2000 ... there the Hot Cues stay loaded.

Where can I uncheck this function?

in rekordbox, you can right click on the columns and add the "HOT CUE" column and then select all and check or uncheck what you want
