[SOLVED] CDJ 2000 Nexus wont load some tracks through link

I have 2 new cdj2000 nexus. I have been using cdj2000's in the club for some time now running off SD cards. All good so far. I recently went the next step and am now running from rekord box (lap top) through link. ALL sorts of problems occuring. Some tracks wont load, some wave patterns dont load.. I have to re-boot the players often... It seems rekord box is ok. It doesnt crash...  just the players. I have updated firmware, software etc.. I have re-analized the tracks...  very frustrating considering the coin Ive paid for these.   Just for the record, the tracks that wont load through rekord box work perfectly from SD card.. !!??   go figure...I have tried new cables, router,  software, firmware, nothing helps.  I have no ideas left.  Help...!! The tracks that wont load come up with.. a long flashing track loading, then after about a minute, is says: E8302 cannot play track (C7B1).

any suggestions welcome.
