CDJ-2000 Out Loop "sensitivity" adjustable?

Hello,

I have had an issue with one of the CDJ-2000's at a club that I usually play at where, when I set my Out Loop on one of the 2000's, the Out Loop jumps to the next full beat, if I am even a smidge off-timing.  This usually results in the Out Loop point being the snare (rather than the kick, which is usually what we want).

The other CDJ-2000's looping works just like it does on my CDJ-900's at home.  On the 900's, I don't have to worry about being super-accurate with my In or Out Loop points, which is why I usually lean towards being a slight-bit later on the Out Loop button-press.

Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the Loop function?  Maybe a way to have the loop not snap so readily to the next beat?  I was thinking that there might be a 1/4-beat or 1/2-beat sensitivity setting, but I don't really have the time to check for that while I am playing... I certainly don't have the time to swim around the 2000's menus while the next DJ is playing, either...

Quantize is ON for both my 900's at home and the club's 2000's.  Both rigs are using v4.20 firmware.

Again, in the club, just one of the CDJ-2000's is experiencing this.  The other one works just fine, like my 900's at home.

Thanks for any insight.

I guess quantized loops if you use Rekordbox...

One player might have quantize on while the other does not (It's in the utility menu) (Hold the menu button to get there)
