@Mikko > What OS are you using? Does the audio work for a while and then drop out unexpectedly? How did you set everything up?

Folgen[CLOSED] Problem w/CDJ-2000 + Traktor control mode
Hi,
I'm using Traktor Pro (version 2.6) and two CDJ-2000 on advanced hid mode. Everythings been fine, but i've had annoying issue few times: audio will not come through the player to mixer, even when it's still controlling traktor. When this happens, the only way to get the audio back is to shutdown both players and restart and reconnect traktor to players. CDJ's are updated to the latest firmware (4.2) and I tried to change the usb-cables. This has happened now three or four times, and it's always Deck B. No usb-hub between the player and laptop.
Has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know what might be the issue? Thx already.

@Gavin > 10.7.5 OSX Macbook Air. Audio works from 1-4 hours, and then it just drops. Like I said, it's not all-the-time issue, this has now happened 3-4 times out of 120+ gigs i've played. I have two usb a -> usb b cables, one for each player. I've noticed it's always deck b (the same usb port), but changing the cable did'nt have effect (happened again). In another club I have CDJ-900's, and they work just fine with the same setup and cables. So the problem is only with CDJ-2000.
On wednesday I noticed that the player lags when it loads artwork. Then about hour later audio dropped (and the player still controls Traktor as it should). Lucky me, current song was playing from another player so I had time to plug my phone in as backup. Then restart everything and rest of the night everything worked just perfectly. This is just annoying, coz now i'm forced to have some iPod backup or plug in the 900's everytime.. I just can't trust the 2000 right now (which sucks).
@Mikko > This is unusual. Are any of the CDJ USB ports loose / do you notice any hardware defects? Do you get an error on screen?
When initially setting up, do you run the CDJ Aggregator etc?
Have you reported to the problem to Native at any stage?
Gavin-> I can't find anything wrong with the usb port. And the CDJ was on service couple weeks ago and still the audio crashed last wednesday again. All native adviced was the normal update-analyze-check your connections-do you think i'm stupid-sentence. And i did analyze the songs, installed traktor again etc.. And last wednesday i had new cable and standard hid but still.. And yes, i use cdj aggregator. No error on screen.
@Mikko > Can you disable all background apps that may be running on your computer including WiFi if you have it enabled. Does it make any difference?
@Mikko > Any update for us?
@Gavin -> Don't have any apps running, and I always disable wi-fi. No difference whatsoever. I will get usb-hub, and test both usb-ports on my MacBook, if there is something though I don't think my mac is the problem. But for now i'm rockin' with the CDJ-900's...
@Mikko > Just as a thought, is there excessive bass vibration in the DJ booth where you setup?
