Well they don't have it on this website but I'm pretty sure the downgrade protocol must still be the same if that's what you're looking for ;-)

If I find the nexus one I'll post you the link. I still don't get why they prevent users to go back to the previous version when they come with a buggy update (which is the case every single time). This create a lot of frustration and hanger of which 90% would be easily cooled down if they could revert to the earlier firmware (or rekordbox version in some cases).

The service manual is not for public use but for suitably trained repair techs. Anything you attempt from the service manual is entirely at your own risk and if you are going to go ahead and use it, I'd advise you to be extremely careful.
