[CLOSED] Mapping Issues with cdj 350 & traktor

I know this has been posted a million times but the issue I'm having doesn't seem to be happening to anyone else, any help would be appreciated!

I have 2 x cdj350 and 1 allen & heath xone 22 mixer.

I have followed all the steps on numerous videos on youtube and read almost all the posts on here and I can't get the mapping to work. I have downloaded the tsi file and the aggregator app followed the instructions and nothing seems to work. 

At the minute i have my macbook pro connected to the cdjs with traktor open, when I load a track into each deck it plays through each channel on the mixer perfectly. However I can't control anything with the cdjs themselves, I have set each cdj to controller mode having selected midi channel 1 and 2. No matter how many times I load in the mapping tsi file in through controller manager I get nothing, no control of the track through the cdj, even though the sound is coming from traktor through each channel on my mixer!!! I am so confused and frustrated!!!
