[SOLVED] Pioneer 350 connect to Traktor pro 2.

Hello guys,I'v got a problem with Traktor pro 2 I know there are already many solved topics but I can't find my issue.

Last week I bought a new macbook (macbook Pro 2013 13inch) Now i want to connect my pioneer 350 with Traktor scratch pro. I did the same as all the tutorials with the mapping from the TSI file from the site. I have imported the file in traktor and did everything correct with the output. and set my cdj's to computer mode and they are connected. If i want to load a track in I can't control it with my pioneer set. but I'f I use my computer mouse to play the track I will hear it through my studio speakers (they are connected through my pioneer set and not with the computer) (sorry for my bad English) I'f got a photo of my traktor preferences.

I hope you can help me.

greets Sam Degens

@Sam > Are you on the latest available version of Traktor?

Did you download and use the CDJ Aggregator? Did you run the Traktor Setup Wizard?

I have the same problem as Sam.

The issue is that the CDJs don't seem to output any MIDI at all.

Outputing audio via them works fine. It's just controlling the software that doesn't work.

Ive experienced the same problem with traktor pro 2 bought a macbook pro this week finally resolved the issue yesterday.

Run the cdj aggregator

make sure all firmware updates are current on cdj's & Djm (i hadnt done my mixer)

download the tai mappings file & follow set up instructions as stated from pioneer guide

i have also had to purchase a USB 2.0 hub which i plug into the Macbook and then run USB leads to cdjs (for some reason traktor was not working through the USB 3.0 ports on the mac)

This resolved my issues guys hope that helps i know how frustrating it is spent 4 days trying to solve it.....

@Aaron > Thanks for sharing that information with the above users. I believe Native haven't fully added support for USB3.0 just yet.

Aaron's tip worked and "solved" my problem.

As soon as i plugged the CDJs to an old USB hub connected to the Macbook, everything started working fine.

Should've thought of this since I've had other problems with USB 2.0 devices in USB 3-slots. USB 3 seems more and more like a bad joke..
