[SOLVED] different manufactory dates means better cdj 2000?

hi guys,

im from the uk

im about to purchase a pair of cdj 2000, in a shop, I was told the the manufacturing date is 2012-may, and this is better than the first GEN cdj 2000, is this true? also how long is pioneers warrantee? these are not new.

that sounds... sketchy? i'm fairly certain there's no real benefit other than the guarantee they've only been in service for a shorter period of time.

i have no inside information but i highly doubt anything significant changed in manufacturing of the 2000s, particularly right before the 2000 nexus came out.

There is no difference in units produced today vs. the first batch that rolled off the line.
