Can someone please help.......
I have recently bought 2 x CDJ 2000 Nexus, 1 x DJM 900 Nexus and 1 x RMX 1000 from the USA. I currently live in the UK and units were shipped over to me.
The dealer whome I bought them from, had told me that the units are multi-voltage and will work in my country (240v) no problem at all. After looking at the voltage on the units and noticed they are 110v (USA) I am now having to look for step-down adapters so I can use the units. This is as you can imagine a concern to me, as I am not sure which suitable converter to buy and that power the units for more than an hour!
I have found a step-down adapter on Amazon that converts 240v down to 110v. Please use the link below to the Amazon page -

Looking at the units, I am going to have to buy 4 converters to use on all the 4 units. Can you or someone else confirm that the converter from Amazon will be suitable to power the units for how ever long I am using them for? If not, can you suggest another suitable converter that will do the job successfully, 100% .
Also since the units are going to be used in the UK, does this mean that the warranty for all 4 units will be invalid? And if that is the case, and something went wrong with any or all of the 4 units, where do I stand as far as having them repaired by Pioneer?
I am positively sure that there will be other posts about this matter, and I apologize in advance if there is,
I look forward to your replies and for any help on this matter.
