CDJ 2000NXS - E-8302 CANNOT PLAY TRACK(000D)

Sadly pioneer can't be trusted. Best thing to do is stay with a recent version that mostly works like 2.2.0, no versions are perfect...

Worse still when you try and contact them, no one gets back to you. I can only assume its because they don't have answers.

Wait to be told this is your fault, even tho it's clearly AGAIN the incompetence of so called software engineers, how they keep their jobs I don't understand!

Look on the bright side tho, in 3 odd months time as per usual they'll have a fix for THEIR latest mistake and expect you to be grateful...

Hey Guys got the same issue from going from 2.2.3 to 2.2.4. I had no issues with the 2.2.3 release. Ive reverted back to this version until its resolved.

 2.2.4 is a f****** joke, what happened to the process of testing the product before realizing it? 

We have several playlists with tunes that isn't "pioneer LAB" quality - seriously, Pio U need to get your shit together... 

It's never been real world tested, the continual line of bugs nearly 5 years later from its 1st release shows what a shambles this is. Pioneers whole attitude to customer service in thIs field stinks. Nowhere else would it be acceptable or even done that if a company made a buggy update that the customer would be made to wait months for them to fix it... If it doesn't work, just don't release it, simple! It takes nearly 10 hours to transfer tracks onto a class 6 sd card to fill it, tho I suppose I should be happy that at least it works.... Some day their attitude with come back to bite them on the arse

the solution is to install an older version of rekordbox, try 2.2.3 or older.

can anyone upload a earlier version of RB ? like 2.2.3 ?
