E-8709 after updating firmware CDJ-850

Hi. My name is J.A. I got two CDJ-850K. I updated firmware properly based on the instructions on your manual and download coming from the PioneerDJ site.

from version 1.08 to 1.12

firrmware on both players had a a sign "Updating and then "COMPLETE" which means they were both a success.

When i turned on both players a sign E-8709 appeared and both players are both currently not working.

I feel bad that, I did what is best to update coming from your site and my units are now not working.

I hope this is only a firmware reset problem. Whats the best thing to do with this?

Im worried why Pioneer isnt addressing this issue. A lot seem to be getting this after a firmware update,

Its in the service center. They said they need to reformat the cdj. Pioneer should address this issue with the CDJ 850. People should be warned not to update their firmware in this unit.

Why don't they just tell us how to reformat it ourselves? I paid too much money for this cdj for them to just say to take it to a specialist on something so simple.... I'm extremely upset.. :/
