Stop track when holding cue?

not sure what you mean, the loop stopped but the track kept playing? 

I know, it´s hard to describe. 

If I have a track loaded, which is not playing. Then if i press cue the track will play as long as I stay on cue, right?

So this dj did it another way, the track is paused as long as he stays on cue. When he leave cue out, the track starts playing.

How is this possible?

ohhhhhh that makes sense, yes I do this too. When you hold down cue the track plays until you let go BUT if you tap play while holding cue the track will now be in play mode and continue to play

But I saw it exactly different! The track is paused while pressing cue, and the track starts to play after letting cue go :o

right but when he is holding cue the track is playing like you say, once he is happy and wants it to continue to play he hits play while holding cue and it will continue after he releases cue, you may not see him hit play if he uses another finger that you may not be able to see. I do this a lot, it is possible

1. track is stopped

2. hold cue so the track starts to play

3. while still holding cue, press play quick with another finger

4. release buttons and track will continue to play

Ahhhhh now I get it. He has "slip mode" on then. When it's on u can loop , cue, scratch and the track will continue to play underneath till u release.
