@gabriele > Is it possible you don't have the Autoload feature enabled for those tracks?
Watch this video for info on enabling Autoload:
On the Nexus, Hot Cues are only recalled when selecting after browsing. Not when a song is loaded via track search, "load previous tracks" menu page.
I know this issue has already been discussed here, but it's an unbelievable BUG.
After some inevitable catastropes, a DJ won't dare loading a song if not in the browser. There are no positives in the current behavior, only an open door to disaster.
I find it incredible this issue has been raised years ago and still pending.

Watch this video for info on enabling Autoload:
I just tested it and it seems to work on search, but not on "load previous tracks" -- I'll pass this to the engineers.
Of course auto load is enabled, on every track. And indeed, hot cues are loaded via song browse.
But they're not loaded, and the previous hot cues persist, when selecting with track search or load previous track menu.
PS Same behavior on the XDJ1000.
That I can't verify, but loading from search does indeed autoload the hot cues on a 2000nexus. Loading from the Previous Track menu does not.
"Track search" is the hardware track search button, not search function.
Search function loads cues just fine.
The keys above fast forward, rewind.
Ah, thank you for clarifying. ;) I'll add that to the note.
I reported this 2 years ago, Guess it was forgotten, lol
Track search not loading though i can see being a feature though, not a bug. If i was in a playlist and wanted to jump through tracks to preview quick, I would hate that all my hot cues had to load on each track I just wanted to preview, then again if the hot cues would just be ready to go like on other brands players once you load a track, and we wouldn't have to do the 1,2,3 second count waiting for them to load, we wouldn't have that problem either :)
I see your point. But that does not justify the same behavior in Load Previous Tracks drop menu.
Also, safety should be paramount in pro gear; by safety I mean having confidence that a behavior is consistent and does not change in arbitrary ways.
I agree, Lets see what they come back with. The updates for this player are few and far between so I can't see anything being done anytime soon especially when they just updated it last month for some minor things
Okay, so the engineering answer is that certain load modes prioritize the loading of the audio for preview rather than take the time to load hot cues:
When a track is loaded from Browse / Tag List, the track's HOT CUEs are auto-loaded. If the same track selected in other than Browse or Tag, HOT CUE is not loaded, regardless of the auto-load settings. Likewise, a track selected by the track search knob has the same result.
This is consistent across models and does not change in arbitrary ways, although we are putting together a questionnaire regarding hot cues and their use, so look for that soon to provide your input.
