Why is there no support for CDJ-2000 and other older products on your support site?
Have you tried to search for software/firmware for CDJ-2000 or other older products.

Trying to search for any product results in the same outcome.
No matching results, have you double-checked the spelling of your model number?
When will this be fixed?
It is currently imposible to find the 4.33 firmware version for CDJ-2000.

The site has recently undergone a bit of a transfer and some legacy products have not yet been included. As @BriChi notes, they are available through the old site, which is accessible through the additional support link at the bottom.
Improvements and changes are ongoing. Thanks for your feedback and patience while we get everything updated!
