[CLOSED] E-8709: Communication Error CDJ2000 Nexus

I'm running 2 CDJ2000nexus and a DJM900nexus Linked to my Mac Pro.  These are private in-home devices that are not used everyday and not ran for hours upon hours.  I had them on earlier today and they worked fine.  Now, my right player goes straight to this screen(see attachment).

I've been looking through the forums and I see this same issue pop up from as far back as 2010 up until 2013 and though they say [Solved], I don't really consider "go get it repaired/replaced" as a solved problem.  I haven't seen in a single thread anywhere explaining why this error happens/why in 4 years it still hasn't been mitigated in the development.

It's a little upsetting when the response is: well shucks, electronics are gonna do what electronics are gonna do.  I also find it a little odd that these issues, for others, happen shortly after the purchase or a little after a year (past the warranty).  Mine JUST fell off the warranty this month.  So now I'm going to take this into a technician, spend my own money to fix it and hope it doesn't happen again?  I don't see how it's my fault other than buying this item.  "Terms and Conditions"--I know...  It's just disappointing.  

So, I guess my question, for this post to be valid:  What causes this error?  How does it happen?  Why?  And is anything being done to prevent this?  Pioneer technicians have been "looking into this" for (according to the Admin's posts) at least 3 years now.  There has to be something.

I just want to mix.

´olá amigo eu tive este mesmo poblemas parecem que o pessoal aqui do forum   são adivertido em falar de asistência  estes equipamento são exelente mais tem estas falhas  a maiorias das vezes e cabo flety o meu com 15 dias deus poblema este mesmo erro  eu mesmo arumei desmontei e reapertei os cabo flety ficom bom ater hoje nunca mais deu falha nada de placa si não entende meu idioma usar o ( google tradutor ) e melhor espero ajudar
