[CLOSED] CDJ-2000 Crashing/restarting at random

I have a CDJ2000 that is crashing/restarting at random times. It doesn't power all the way off, just freezes, black screens, cuts audio, then reboots.

First time was at a club before the lastest firmware 4.32 udpate. About a month later we updated to 4.32 in the woods, then after being powered on and used slightly, the night time DJ came on and it crashed right away, even with the usb directly in the problem cdj.

All conditions were the same at each venue; directly linked, out of the sun, etc.

Every time it comes into my repair shop for QC, the unit tests fine.

I saw a post from 2012 stating this same exact problem. Any help would be amazing...

Just ran into this issue yet again except it got worst. After an entire night of constant use with CDs and USBs, the unit was Linked and playing a track from the opposite CDJ when it shut off mid track on the last DJ. Meanwhile after a few minutes when no media was inserted and the unit was sitting idle, it begun dimly flashing only the jog wheel lights and CD slot lights. I was unable to restart the unit or do anything to get it working. Today I turn it on one more time and seems to be working fine with no issues. Please help!!!

That sounds like it has a fault within the unit -- please contact technical support to have the player serviced, links are located to the right.
