Traktor 2.1.2 / pioneer cdj 800

I just purchased traktor scratch pro 2 and when I hook up with my system (CDJ 800) i can't hardly play the music it skips from the cue point and through the whole track keeps skipping. Yesterday i tried it with my friend cdj 1000 it was running okay. Any clue whats the problem will really appreciate ur help. thanks

@Suthee > What audio interface were you using? Did you adjust the latency settings?

audio 10. the latency in the audio setup is at 512.

If you're using the Audio10 as your interface, I'm going to point you to seek support from Native Instruments directly as you would experience the same issues even without the CDJ connected as a controller.
