Okay so I kinda figured this out, still not really though. I switched the effects channel over to the Master setting and it enabled the crossfader and levels again for each of the tracks, but that means that when I change the effects channel to one of the individual channels, it locks the volume and crossfader functions and only plays the track that is on the channel that is selected for the effects. Any way to fix this? Also, when im on the master effects channel, the effects dont actually work on any of the channels.... Any help is appreciated!

Folgen[SOLVED] Problem with crossfader and channel volumes with Traktor Pro 2, DJM-900 Nexus and CDJ-900
I was recently trying to MIDI map Maschine to control my hot cues with my current setup (two CDJ-900's, a DJM-900 Nexus and Traktor Pro 2). I ended up screwing up my original setup and even when I have the Maschine totally unhooked and have deleted the Traktor Settings.tsi / Backup files and run the Setup Wizard again I still can't fix this problem.
Essentially, the levels and crossfader that should be controlled by my DJM-900 are not working as you can see in the attached picture (the knobs are not shown and when I move them on the DJM-900 there is no response. Additionally, only the songs on Deck A are playing even when I have both of the CDJ's hooked up and have songs playing on them.
Everything is hooked up properly via usb and a usb hub, just wondering if somehow I deleted MIDI mapping for Traktor controls?

My suggestion is if you have the DJM900 acting as an audio interface for the software, DO NOT also use it as a MIDI controller. Instead, configure the software for "external mixer" mode and send all of your outputs to the mixer separately.
