[CLOSED] ERGO V jogwheels not working with Traktor

Hello I downloaded the Traktor Pro 2.5 version and everything seems to be working but the jogwheels! Jog wheels are the ones that won't work for searching or scratching. I don´t know what´s going on because it only "works" if you can say it like that on VINYL mode instead of forward or something it just STOP for complete. I downloaded the newest TSI file from this page and not even that worked. Im in desperate need of your expertise and help. Can you please bring some light into this? I would really appreciate. I love Pioneer but this is getting me frustrated.

HI thank you for answering. The problem here is that the jogwheels are not working. It only stops completely when I tap on the top of the wheel but when I slide it to go forward it doesn´t work. It won´t let me match. It either stops completely the song or just keep playing. Do you have a phone number where I can call you?

BTW effects and the rest seems to be working properly. However, the jogwheels doesn´t work. I´ve read and download all necessary firmware and TSI file.

No. Jogwheels doesn´t work at all.... It either completely stop the song or keep playin but doesn´t make the scratch function. Apparently not all the Traktor versions work with this controller. can you please confirm?
