rekordbox doesn't recognize my ddj rz

What operating system are you running?

os x 10.9.5

Would you try this and tell me whether it works or not:

My RZ is not recognising rekordbox dj too, so I've done a search for similar problems, but the link to FAQ above is looking for a username and password, I've put in my username and password for these forums but is saying ID does not exist? How can I see these FAQ????
