Sound crash DJM-900NXS & DJM-900SRT

Hi

I have major problems by using Pioneer DJM-900NXS or DJM-900SRT hardware with my Traktor or Serato software.

Just look example video:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/otr6cwxqjocqjvt/Sound_crash_with%20Pioneer_mixers.MOV?dl=0

The problem occurs with both (Traktor & Serato) softwares and also by using pioneer mixer just an external sound card. In example video I had to open Safari to full screen mode to show the sound crash problem fast, but the problem occurs usually by using just either software in normal dj'ing (all other programs, wi-fi, etc. are closed)

I have used Pioneer, MacBook, Traktor, etc. for about 8 years without problems, but now with my new MacBook this major problem came forward. My new Mac is MacBook Pro 15" Mid 2015, OS X Yosemite 10.10.5, 2,5 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 Gt, 1600 MHz DDR3, AMD Radeon R9M370X, 2048 Mt

Apple authorized service has changed almost all parts of the new computer as a guarantee, but the problem was not resolved. So I wonder if the problem due to the fact that the mixers programs do not support the latest MacBook Pro?

NB! The problem occurs only when plug-in usb straight to DJM-mixer. When I'm using just CDJ's as Traktror 2 Scratch Pro controller (usb only to CDJ's, not to mixer) the problem doesn't occur.

I've got a similar spec MBP here (i7, 16GB RAM), but a couple of years older running an Intel video chipset, and I don't have the same issues.

It looked like you had Serato 1.7.7 running (per the website that was loaded), have you updated to 1.7.8 and do you have the latest firmware and drivers for the DJMs?

What is the latency (buffer) set to within Serato?

Me neither, never before this.

My last MBP was the same as yours (year 2013 model) and that worked fine, but this new MBP doesn't work.

Yes, I have updated Serato DJ 1.7.8. same day when it appeared. Both mixers are updated with the last firmware version.

I have used 5ms latency (default) within Serato. I also tested 1ms and 10ms latency but without any good results.

By using Native Instrumets Traktor Scratch pro 2 and setting MBP midi setup Pioneer DJM mode to 96000Hz this problem is reduced but does not disappear completely.

So, for some reason i can't connect my MBP with a usb-cable to DJM mixer... :(
