Hi guys
Loving my new DDJ RX but came across a few problems with it during my latest session. When I'm issuing multiple commands the software seems to lag and it means my tracks are then completely out of sync. For example, I'll press a cue point for the incoming track but there will be a .5 second delay every time and it will then require significant tinkering with the jog wheels. I'm finding in infuriating when I want to introduce a new beat of a different track for maximum effect. Is this a common problem?
I'm running rekordbox on Windows 10 and have all of my tracks stored to my laptop's SSD. The processor is also an Intel core i7. It's a fairly pricey machine that's only five months old so I can't imagine it's an issue with my laptop.
Any possible solution to this would be greatly appreciated. My chief concern is whether this is a problem with the controller or the software (hopefully it's the software)
The other complaint I have at this stage is that the software has crashed on me a good six or seven times on me and this is only from about six hours use. I know it's early days and that's one of the things you have to expect with as an early adopter, but again, any indication as to how I can prevent it from crashing would be great.
While I'm posting, I also wanted to recommend the inclusion of a new feature which allows you to set the first downbeat of the entire track regardless of where it is. Some of my songs seem to have a three or four bar intro with no waveform and I have no way of adjusting it at the moment.
Thanks
