1) No, unfortunately the GUI is relatively fixed. The only way to get a larger view is to use a larger display. Having a hardware controller to manipulate the software is the intended design of Performance mode.
2) If the deck is playing when you load a new song, it will be playing after the load. If you want it to stop, stop the playback first. A future rekordbox update should include "AutoCue," a feature available on some of our hardware units, and that will alleviate this problem.
3) Again, the software is designed primarily for use with a hardware controller for the interface. There is no "nudge" in the GUI, however you can assign keyboard shortcuts to "Pitch Bend +" and "Pitch Bend -" for each deck to achieve this.
4) Yes; simply mouse over the deck number and a little triangle will appear, click it and select MEMORY CUE from the list.
5) Unfortunately there is currently no way to easily use one CDJ to switch between control of multiple decks within rekordbox, but good news - the CDJ-850 is a compatible hardware player.
